Requirements:
- Assist the Public Relations Officer (PRO) in handling all government-related documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate and prepare applications for visa renewals, Emirates ID, labour cards, and other employee-related processes.
- Support in organising and maintaining records of company licenses, permits, and legal documents.
- Liaise with various government departments as required.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of official documents to avoid delays.
- Provide administrative support to HR and management when necessary.
