Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations in coordination with the Head of Department.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end closings.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and statutory standards.
- Coordinate audits, prepare profitability reports, and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Utilize ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Accounts, Finance, or Auditing (preferably in large organizations).
- CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Statutory Compliance.
